Who we are

Echo Bravo Animation (Osek Patur) operates the website echobravo-media.com and the waitlist at learn.echobravo-media.com (collectively, "the Site"). We are based in Israel. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect and why

We collect only one category of personal data:

• Email address. If you submit the "Notify me" form on the courses waitlist, we record your email address and use it for one purpose only: to send you a single notification when our first course becomes available. We do not use it for ongoing newsletters, advertising or profiling.

We do not collect names, payment details, browsing profiles or any data beyond what you actively submit.

Cookies

The Site sets one first-party cookie. Its only purpose is to remember which language you chose (English or Hebrew) so the correct version loads on your next visit. It does not track you across sites, serve advertising, or identify you personally. You can decline this cookie via the banner on your first visit; if you do, your language preference will not be saved between sessions.

We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Legal basis

Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies, our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form; you may withdraw it at any time. Our legal basis for the language-preference cookie is legitimate interest (functional operation of the site). Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, we process personal data only as necessary for the stated purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address on the waitlist until (a) you ask us to remove it, or (b) the first course launches and the waitlist purpose is fulfilled, after which we retain only what is needed to manage a course relationship (if you become a student) or delete it promptly. The language-preference cookie expires after 12 months or when you clear your browser cookies.

Who we share your data with

We share your data with no one for commercial purposes. We work with the following processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, CDN and security for the Site. Cloudflare may process server logs including IP addresses for security and performance. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• An email-service provider (to be selected): when the courses waitlist goes live, your email address will be processed by a third-party email provider on our behalf, under a standard data-processing agreement. We will name the provider here once it is selected.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.

Your rights

Under Israeli law and GDPR-aligned rights, you are entitled to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis)
• Receive your data in a portable format (where technically feasible)
• Lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) or your local supervisory authority

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Waitlist data is stored with the chosen email provider under a data-processing agreement.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Where required by law, we will notify waitlist subscribers directly.
